Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.

 Processing Timeframes:

  • Processing times for standard shipping orders are approx. 5-7 business days from the day order is placed.
  • Orders are never processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as we are out of the office. All of these times are regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM EST, excluding holidays.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Standard ground delivery (within the USA) under $50 // $5 Flat Rate
  • Orders over $50 (standard delivery + within USA) // FREE
  • Standard shipping times typically arrive 3-7 business days from the date order is received by USPS.

   International Orders:

We are slowly adding international shipping.  We currently ship to U.S and Mexico.  We do ship to Military APO/FPO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and US territories.

  • Economy shipping is a flat rate of $15
  • All Economy Shipping orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days and arrive in 15-34 days.
  • Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. All currency is listed in USD.

  • Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items.

 Lost Packages:

Vintage Vault Online is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation. This can take up to 8 business days to have a result, if the carrier is at fault, you will be compensated. Please make sure you are providing us with a valid, safe address to have your package delivered so you can assure its arrival.

If your order sustained damage during shipping, please file a damaged claim with the carrier and contact us.

You may notify us by email at to request a change or cancellation to your order; however, if your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
